We are very grateful for this "pat on the shoulder" as this is what is most satisfactory to us. November 9, 1999 Dr. Relenyi, My meeting yesterday went extremely well. The owners, maintenance staff, mechanical contractor, the general
contractor and mechanical engineers were all present. They realized that the bio film problem is interrelated with the mechanical problems such as the sand bed filter not operating properly.
We all agreed to coordinate our efforts to clean up the system and bring it up to efficiency. They are hesitant to stir up the thermal storage tank at this time since they depend and draw from the tank for
cooling. We will try to agitate the tank during the winter when the system can be isolated from the rest of the system. Your letter was very helpful and several people commented that your letter impressed
them. I want to thank you for time and support on this matter. They waited to the very last to inform me that their independent lab had determine that all the bacteria was dead in the bulk water. I
