Mission Statement

AMSA, Inc. will continue to be the sole manufacture of DTEA II^TM organic deposit, non-hazardous, water based chemical formulations.

In addition, it will continue its commitment to provide affordable indirect microbial counting and a direct measure of organic deposit formation and organic deposit control by the ATP method.

 It will continue to provide affordable test kits and instruments and to maintain its leadership in the application of ATP to the industrial cooling and water based processes markets.

• AMSA Inc. provides a narrow line of water treatment chemicals and services in the Middle East, Australia, Mexico, China, Taiwan, and the U.S. in partnership with select USA water treatment companies.
• AMSA Inc. is focused on a Dow developed  biocide biodispersent, biodetergent, biofilm removal and bio-corrosion inhibitor chemistry.

Company Leadership

Its founder, Dr. Attila G. Relenyi  served as technical advisor on key technical advisory boards and committees (National Engineering Research Center, Chemical Manufacturers Association), scientific curriculum advisory panels (University of Detroit), and continues to be active in technical trade associations (AWT) and scientific organizations (ACS).  As holder of over 25 U.S. and foreign patents in the area of performance chemicals, biocides and chemical processes he has a proven technical track record. As a research organic chemist specializing in the design of biologically active molecules and structure-to- function relationships of performance chemicals, for 16 years with Dow Chemical, he continues to lead R&D but this time within AMSA, Inc.
