ATP is used as either a pass or fail index for fouling in cooing towers or as a trendline index.  There are many examples of the use of ATP in cooling water, process waters, oil production, etc. Please contact us at sales@amsainc.com;   (989) 839-0377; toll free (888) 739-0377; for applications of particular interest to you as we have experience in power utilities (fossil and nuclear), nuclear waste, clays, fiber glass, paints, slurries, clays, cooling water, printing processes, etc. The attached link is but one example in one industry.  Please note:  wherever there is water, there is organic fouling to one degree or another, and ATP is very effective to give a real-time measurement which is an index. The rate of increase or decrease of this measurement as a function of system conditions is a powerful and general measurement which can be used to show when conditions have changed and there is an increased or decreased fouling condition.
